The trip was good - great weather, the resort amenities were great, food and drink were ok. We kept comparing it to the Gran Melia where the food/service was better! So basically, Jamaica had better weather, beaches and pool/activities, Mexico had better food, drinks and service! We have also come to the conclusion that we need to get a suite or adjoining rooms from now on! It was a little tight!

The weather was beautiful. We had a good time. I was disappointed with the Riu. The food wasn't that great and the service either. The buffet didn't have the greatest food. I heard good things about the Riu so I was a little surprised. We enjoyed the excursions. Overall it was very relaxing.

Our trip was great! The cruise was not like Royal Cribbean but since we were in a group we had a great time and the kids loved it. Hopefully I will get the group to plan another trip for next year.

Unbelievable, when we got there our first room had a problem with the shower. They then upgraded us to a ocean front room with the outside deck and jacuzzi and patio like last year. We did all the excursions like horse back riding swimming with the dolphins and para sailing. The weather was fantastic everyday. Thanks again for your help. It was a great trip.

I have lots to tell about our wonderful trip to the Dominican Republic!
The hotel, itself:
- It was absolutely beautiful! It literally looked like a palace.
- I've been to many others in Punta Cana but Barcelo Palace Deluxe left us awestruck...completely breathless!
- The view from the lobby is paradise--can't think of a more appropriate term!
- The pool was always crowded but it felt far from it. There was enough space to swim, float around, goof around without being in anyone's way. The pool is HUGE!
The staff:
- As usual, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with almost anything and everything we needed.
- We liked that there were many activities going on around the complex and though they urged you to join, they did not harass you. If you wanted to relax by the beach and nap or read a book, you could without being annoyed or pressured into playing beach volleyball!
The restaurants:
- We ate breakfast and lunch at their buffet style restaurants and for dinner we made reservations at the Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Santa Fe Steakhouse (twice! it was so good), and Coral Seafood.
- The food was not to die for but it was certainly above average for an all inclusive.
I could go on and on about all the pros of this hotel! Let's just say that we were already seriously discussing going back next summer and recommending it to our family and friends!
The only con we can think of is just faster check-in process which goes hand in hand with some of my personal suggestions. We arrived at the hotel a few hours before check-in time and were told to go back at 3PM. We did and our room still was not ready and we were told to go back at 3:30PM and even then had to wait a while longer for our room.

Hi Albert, how are you ?? Trip was very good. Hotel was nice. It may need a little upgrading, but it was very nice and clean. Food was average. We ate breakfast and lunch there. We stepped out to dinner every single night. Dining options off the resort are endless. Island is safe. Weather was out of this world. 80 to 85 degrees every day without a cloud in the sky. Windy, but the wind helps to keep comfortable temperature. Gambling is available. Many Casinos. Island is suited more for couples rather than single crowd. Quite, friendly, minimal night life, and extremely safe. Locals are friendly.

It was great. We all had a blast. The parks were empty by Disney standards except for the weekends, which was expected. The Grand Floridian was really nice and we really enjoyed it. I can’t thank you enough for recommending this trip to us. It was beyond spectacular! From the moment we boarded the ship to disembarkment it was a pleasure. The staff and crew went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs and made the trip a memorable one. What can I say about Riu Aruba in one word WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! We loved it all of it! The food was great, the drinks were great, and the hotel service was phenomenal. Actually there was a hostess by the name of Sandra who made our stay there much better. She went above and beyond her normal job duties to help us as well as others and she was just such a sweet girl. The stay at the
Iberostar Puerto Plata was amazing. We arrived well before check in time and by then our rooms were ready and they let us get right in. That is always a plus for me when I'm only there for 2 nights. The food, drinks and especially the service was top of the line.
Although, it was very quite. The other people staying in the hotel were a little more "mature" and the staff claimed they didn't like loud music by the pool. LOL But we sure did go out to the night club right next door which happens to be part of the hotel complex of Costa Dorada, the environment was very safe, the DJ played all of our requests, and drinks were reasonablly priced.
I have been to many hotels in the Puerto Plata area but by far this was the best yet. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect! You really do get your money's worth on a cruise. All the staff was eager and always willing to tend to us at every moment. We ate so much and were on the go constantly because there is so much to do. On our stops we explored everything to the fullest. I have been to Mexico 3 times and it is one of the best countries I have been to. On our stop to Belize we did not book an excursion and were very disappointed because Belize City is very depressing to look at, but besides that everything was perfect. Our very best stop was Costa Maya, they have a swimming pool at the port and the ocean waters were turquoise. We took a golf cart and drove ourselves to the beach.
Our room was in a perfect spot, very quite since it was right in the middle of the deck and on the deck above us was the lobby, our dinning room, and the theater were the shows took place. I will definitely go on another cruise again Carnival Rocks!

Everything went well. Great room, food, and entertainment. Overall hotel was nice wish there had been a beach along the resort to go swimming or sit out in the sun. The resort has large pools and chairs to sit around instead. We rented a Jeep and took 2 day trips to a surfing spot called Flippers instead.

Hey whats up Albert! Good to be back. Over all the cruise was a pretty good experience. I must say Carnival does a great job at keeping things fun on the ship. Check-in and out was quick and simple. I was very impressed with the room, food, and activities.
Now just a heads up on visiting St John..dont waste your time (lol) man what a dead place to go..nothing to do, nothing to see, no fun what so ever. They really need to make that place more tourist friendly. I was very dissappointed when I got off the ship. I couldnt wait to get back on (lol).
So a big thumbs down to St. John and really big thumbs up to Carnival Cruise line, I definitely will book with them again . They made what could of been a really bad trip so much fun.

Our trip was wonderful...The weather in the 80's with no humidity. Hi Albert. We did get pretty close to the beach, which ended up being far from the lobby and shops. The resort is just huge. Pools were fun and well maintained. There were a lot of activities during the day for the kids. The beach is beautiful, but the water is very rough. This was ok for my kids. The hotel grounds are immaculate. The style is swanky rather than carribean.
Service is still a work in progress. We had good service at some restaurants and poor in others. Complete chaos at the front desk. The people try very hard. I think they are just new at it.
Big issue for me was no laundry facilities. Just a note for your future customers with kids.
BTW, the resort credits worked out well and is a nice bonus.

Thanks so much for the follow up. The trip was excellent. Great resort, great weather, stunning beaches and the people were very nice. :)
Our flight and seats were very good. The resort was really nice. We had an issue with a leak in the room but the hotel was proactive with fixing it. For the inconvenience the resort sent us fruits and champagne a few days later which was a surprise.
The grounds at the Paradisus resort are amazing. They are so well kept and absolutely stunning. We were very happy with everything. They do try to get you to go to the presentation for the time share. We were approached after checking in but refused.
Thanks again for setting up this trip. We would definitely return and are thinking of going end of the year. :0) I stayed at the melia caribe tropical a few years back, and while I think the rooms at the Melia are nicer, I thought the grounds, the beach and the service were better at paradisus.
I was telling Isaura how great you have been just yesterday. I will never book another trip without an agent! She agrees. Thanks again! Till the next one!

Albert, Thanks for all your help.We love Atlantis and think it was a Fantastic place to visit! I want to go live there!! There was a minor problem with our room, they sent us to a room with only 1 king size bed for the 4 of us. They were very nice and put us into a suite that was to die for!! I don't know how I will ever be able to have such a great vacation again. I kept telling the kids to keep their fingers crossed!
I will gladly recommend you to our friends. You did a great job. No, a FANTASTIC JOB!

Hi Albert,
The trip went very well and your tips were right on the nose. The resort was okay...clean the people very friendly and ready to please. I was on Internet withdrawal. It was not included in room or even offered free in lobby (had to pay an extra fee). The resort was small and not much to do outside of it (it's not a very developed area outside of the resort itself), but I was okay with it because I just wanted sun and relaxation. My friend on the other hand, was going a little crazy but we did go out to Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel .
Thanks for your help and I will be talking to you in August I have a wedding out there in Cabo.

Thanks for the follow up email. The trip was amazing. The resort was definitely awesome. We got to do a lot of things as far as excursions and sight seeing. The food was great so we probably gained a few lbs. Overall, the trip was hands down one of the best we’ve both been on. As a matter of fact she didn’t want to come back. WOW! Panama Canal was an awesome experience. It was a 5am rising and it took 11 hours to cross from the Pacific Ocean into the Caribbean Sea. It was a sight to see, the entire process was amazing. The next day we went into Cartagena, Colombia and we took the "Exploring Cartagena Tour". They took us through the old city and the new city. We are now sailing the Caribbean Sea and will arrive Miami on Friday.

We enjoyed the Paradisus Punta Cana, the staff at the reserve is very friendly and will make sure that you are attended correctly. It was wonderful to see that most of the staff remembered us and took care of all our needs: restaurant, towel, travel to the beach and back to our room.
BUT... we really enjoyed the Paradisus Palma Real. Worth every penny! The moment we arrived the service was great. You could enjoy the Reserve area during the day and night: the shows, dance, casino and the restaurant. We spent most of our time there. This area was out of this world. From the moment you walk into the lobby you will feel like your in paradise. staff, food, service, entertainment, casino, Top notch....
If we go back next year, we will stay longer at the Reserve Paradisus Palma Real. and of course return to the Paradisus Punta Cana.

Hi Albert, we had great weather too... Water was beautiful, no rocks on the bottom and a big beach, nice and wide, not like Cancun's, which was beautiful but very short and rocky in spots. The food was good. Staff was great. The resort itself was large. They were typical rooms, nothing fancy, but clean. Pool was ok, not too large but big enough.

Albert - I've already recommended the Majestic to my hair dresser and co-workers! The place is spacious, clean, and classy. Reminded me of the upkeep Disney prides itself in - seriously, not a piece of paper on the ground, cups, straws, nothing. The pool was immaculate - as was the beach. The general restrooms were also cleaned often enough that I never saw a piece of toilet paper on the ground! (And let me tell you, I'm picky!!)

The hotel itself is in a perfect location and its just the right size, staff was pretty friendly and the drinks were just right :)
The night life is a lot of fun but can be overwhelming at times, there was a lot of people hounding you to go their club/bar. You kinda wanna go there and move at your own pace. It was just a constant bombardment of solicitation. That got annoying really fast. It felt like I was constantly being pressured into things. All in all though I must say I had a great time, either way I made sure to just keep enjoying myself as much as I could, turned out to be a great trip, did exactly what I wanted to do which was be in the sun, pool, beach.

Vegas was great! A lot of walking. Our feet was. We were able to do everything on the list. The weather was 46 - 56 degree, one day it went up to 70 degree.

***Deuce bus takes you to every hotels and into Fremont Street, $3.00 one way, $7.00 pp 24 hrs
***There is a shuttle you could take from the Harrah's Hotel into the RIO Hotel and back for free.
*** No need to take a Taxi
***The free entertainment on the strip could keep you busy all day if you like.
***The "O" show is "ALL THAT"... a must see !
***The Venetian Hotel... In my opinion the best Hotel on the strip. People enjoy the Art works,Gondola ride,entertainment, large food court. etc...

Hi Albert, Just returned yesterday from Hong Kong/Bali trip. My flight details worked out well and I did get an upgrade at the last moment as I was boarding the flight to HK. Thank you for confirming my return flight. Bali was certainly a great place to visit. Note: We stayed at Komaneka @ Bisma in Ubud for 3 nights in a lovely villa overlooking rice fields. I would highly recommend ($ expensive) if you have anyone traveling there. They couldn't do enough for us. (The dinner meals were the only thing I wouldn't recommend about the place).

We had such a great time ! The Resort was more that what you said it would be. We didn't have enough time to do everything. We really enjoyed the Dominican Experience. The Resort was beyond compare, not one problem!!! The workers at the Resort tried to get us to sit in a presentation to become some type of member so that all future trips can be booked through them without a travel agent, but you know I didn't fall for that one. I was not going to waste any of my vacation time.
I would recommend this resort to anyone.

We had the greatest time. The hotel was amazing and the trip to the Grand Canyon was great. We both thought it would be a long dreaded day but the bus was roomy and cozy, they had movies going the entire day. They even gave us bagged breakfast and lunch, made stops along the way and we got to stop at the Indian trading post on the way back.The bus driver was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
